Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Groveville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work includes but is not limited to various sanitary sewer pump station upgrades including but not limited to wet well improvements, building improvements, pump addition/replacement, electrical and site improvements as shown in detail in the contract documents. Due to the Coronavirus, all bidders must call (609) 890-3648 or (609) 890-3528 prior to picking up a bid. A Purchasing Department staff member will greet you at the front main entrance door where the payment will be received, a receipt will be given and a bid package will be provided. Checks must be made payable to the Township of Hamilton. Bids shall be submitted on the form(s) provided and shall be in accordance with the specifications contained in the Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq, the requirements of P. L. 1975, c.127, and N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.JA.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq., Affirmative Action, and all requirements as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Please be advised all Bid/RFP openings will take place outside of the Municipal Building on the side entrance off Greenwood Avenue. All Bids/RFP's must be stamped by 10:00 AM to be valid on the date due, any bid stamped in after 10:00 AM will not be accepted. The Township may reject any or all bids, as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2. A bidder may request that it bid be withdrawn due to a "mistake" on the part of the bidder, as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A11-23.3. Otherwise, no bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of the bids. Also, under N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 at seq. and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.55, the Contractor and all subcontractors must be registered pursuant to the Public Works Registration Act. It is recommended that a copy of the Contractor's and Subcontractor's current Certificate of Registration is submitted with the bid proposal as well as the Business Registration Certificate issued by the State of New Jersey. If copies are not provided with the bid submittal the copies must be provided prior to contract award. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the Township website and all interested bidders will receive addenda by fax or certified mail. All interested respondents should still check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Project has been Postponed.
