Renovation of a mixed-use development in Anderson, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 6/16/2021 project was put on hold, and have to be rebid if funding isn’t available in a timely manner. Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Remove & Install Carpet in the front office at New Prospect Elementary & Calhoun Academy of the Arts. Work must be completed by July 15, 2021. See specifications below for details. The successful contractor shall assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience 1. Furnish & Install Mohawk Pattern Perspective tile in front office area 2. Furnish & Install new 4.5” Cove Base 3. Remove & reset furniture (bookcases, tables, chairs, etc.) 4. Contractor is responsible for shrink wrapping all book shelves and moving without removing any books 5. Price to include all material & labor 6. Carpet color TBD after awarded to contractor
