Tentative Date of Consultant Selection-June 23, 2021 Scope of work for survey; 1. Research existing and surrounding properties. 2. Obtain Last Deeds of Record and Title Commitments from MoDOT approved Title Company. 3. Retrace the Existing Route 13 C/L alignment from Station 265+00.00(Lafayette County) to Station 400+25.00(Johnson County). Approximately 11.9 miles 4. Retrace the Existing Route 13 Right of Way and Permanent Easements from Station 265+00(Lafayette County) to Station 398+49.00(Johnson County). 5. Retrace any necessary section lines to assist with right-of-way reestablishment and new property acquisition. 6. Retrace any necessary subdivision plats to assist with right-of-way reestablishment. 7. Prepare a Location Survey for new property acquisitions that meets current Missouri Standards for Property Boundary Surveys. 8. Monument the new and existing right-of-way in accordance with MoDOT Standards and the current Missouri Standards for Property Boundary Surveys. 9. Prepare property descriptions for new property acquisitions. 10. File the Location Survey with Lafayette and Johnson Counties. 11. Photogrammetry will be provided, these control points will need to be used. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
