All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 for C, between $100,000 and $250,000 for H, between $100,000 and $250,000 for P, and between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for E. Phone the office of Shana Stevens; (315-702-8043) a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the date to provide the names of those who will attend the pre-bid site visit. Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 72 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
