Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Seffner, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Water Resources Department requires an experienced Design-Build team for the design, permitting, and construction of the South County Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (SCAWWTF) Modular Expansion project by means of a Fixed Price Design Build delivery method. The project includes an expansion and upgrade to the existing facilities required to increase the capacity of the facility from 10 million gallons per day (MGD) to 13 MGD. Project Estimated Budget $50,000,000.00 The County plans to conduct a Scope of Services Meeting with the Proposers prior to Proposal submittal. The purpose of this meeting will be to provide the County and the Proposers with an opportunity to review the RFP - Step 2 so that the County's goals and requirements can be clarified. The County recommends that all Proposers attend the Scope of Services Meeting. Questions and requests for clarifications shall be submitted as specified in Section 2.14 of this RFP - Step 2. The County plans to prepare addenda/amendments, if and as needed, to clarify the RFP - Step 2 to respond to any Proposer questions or comments received through the Scope of Services Meeting.
