PROJECT ADDRESS: 100 Davis Road Hopkinton, MA 01748 The Project consists of: Community building laundry room improvements including plumbing. The work is estimated to cost $ 48,400 The participation goals for this project shall be15.3%for minorities and 6.9%for women. Work completed within 45 consecutive calendar days thereafter. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removing and salvaging for reuse existing washing drying laundry equipment and reinstalling at temporary location for construction renovation operations. 2. Selectively removing laundry room interior finishes, including flooring, gypsum board back to wood stud walls and concrete subfloor. 3. Relocating wall between laundry room and kitchen. 4. Replacing existing with new wall and floor finishes. 5. Replacing and relocating with new laundry room door and frame. 6. Removing existing and providing new plumbing, hvac, and electrical work for reconfigured washing/dryer laundry equipment locations. 7. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 8. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 9. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B.
