The work to be performed under the City of Marysvilles 2021 Pavement Preservation Program shall include 4,440 Tons of HMA, a 2-inch asphalt overlay, pavement repair, planing bituminous pavement, sidewalk ramp replacement to meet ADA standards, utility adjustment, channelization, restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
