Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in N Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reconstruction of the existing V-4 Well Pumping Station and the construction of a new reinforced concrete foundation, CMU cavity wall, wood truss, gable roof and asphalt shingle V-5 Well Pumping Station to house the new V-5 well. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check, bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the Bid. All Bidders are advised that their Bids must be accompanied by a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). The Certificate of Eligibility shall be for the category of Sewage and Water Treatment Plants. An Update Statement form covering the period from the date of the Bidder's most recently filed Contractor Qualification Statement (CQS) to the Bid date shall also be submitted with the bid. Sub Bidders to be DCAMM Certified in their designated trade. The Work of the Project will include the reconstruction of V-4 Well Pumping Station (existing Well Pumping Station V-1) and the construction of the new V-5 Well Pumping Station.
