In the mandate, an upgrading of the crawl space is also expected. The duration of the work will be approximately 22 weeks. General contractors and subcontractors will obtain all the information by sending an email only to Mrs. Judith Vaillancourt, project manager for CS Montérégie-Ouest. The questions will be sent to the various speakers for the issuance of answers in the form of an addendum. Proposals submitted after the date and time quoted will be returned, and not unopened, to the tenderer. The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, with regard to their competence, their solvency and the content of their bid.
