Reference number : 1488206 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-05-25 Electronic submission accepted: No The ORHVS is soliciting bids for repair work on the exterior envelope of the building located at 580, route 201 in St-Clet under a fixed price contract. In the mandate, an upgrading of the crawl space is also expected. The duration of the work will be approximately 22 weeks. General contractors and subcontractors will obtain all the information by sending an email only to Mrs. Judith Vaillancourt, project manager for CS Montérégie-Ouest. The questions will be sent to the various speakers for the issuance of answers in the form of an addendum. The email to use is judith.vaillancourt@omhvalleyfield.ca Important to note that no questions sent by phone will be noted and or answered. Proposals submitted after the date and time quoted will be returned, and not unopened, to the tenderer. To be considered, any tender must be presented on the form specially prepared for this purpose and must be contained in an envelope clearly identified for the submission of tenders. The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, with regard to their competence, their solvency and the content of their bid. They must inform them of the conditions of the bid and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. ORHVS is not bound to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind towards the bidder (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
