Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Ocean City, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Proposals will be accepted by the Authority from any firm meeting the proposal requirements. This contract shall be awarded through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27, and submit with their bid proposal an Employee Information Report or Affirmative Action Certificate. The Authorities reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities in the proposal. No contract shall exist until an agreement is signed with no penalty.
