Reference number : 1488301 Electronic submission accepted: No The Municipality of Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier requires submissions for: Road repairs - Rang Berthelet and Rang du Fleuve Object of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out paving work on Rang Berthelet and Rang du Fleuve (440 m). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the tender. Performance bond 50% is required.
