Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Therese, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a public square in the Foisy Park. The scope of the project includes the renovation of service structures located in the area, construction of a storm sewer pipes 150 and 200 mm, two circular concrete manholes 1200 mm, drinking water pipe 100 mm, two street sumps, concrete edging 35 MPa 339 m, precast concrete pavers 554 m2, asphalt mix, ESG-14, ESG-10 and EC-10 mixtures, hot laid 720 m2, decorative lighting and global power supply, global decorative water jets, global landscaping and street furniture, modules for children's games and outdoor training. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in spring 2022. Project will be next updated if/when it proceeds to tender. Note: Previous tender for the general contractor C-2021-05 was cancelled because of the cost overruns.
