Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sweetwater, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing this RFP to solicit the removal and replacement of the mall walk sidewalk located at the Sweetwater Campus. TSTC does not anticipate the contract to exceed $100,000 and will not require that a HUB Subcontracting Plan be submitted. However, if your proposal bid will be over $100,000, you will be required to submit a HUB Plan. Suppliers are not required to meet the State of Texas HUB goals however, TSTC requires that all suppliers make a good faith effort in achieving those goals. If a SIGNED HUB Subcontracting Plan (if applicable) and Execution of Offer (a must) is not submitted the bid will be disqualified.
