Support the development of a minimum of 5 rental units that will provide long term affordability for seniors in the community. Land, one of two potential properties; one located in Cloyne and one in Plevna. The Cloyne site: 14453 Highway 41, North Frontenac The Plevna site: 6638 Buckshot Lake Road, North Frontenac. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from detailed design consultant services, is cancelled. No bid were received. Project may be updated when a re-bid is issued. Coverage is discontinued at this time. *Township and County capital funding up to $437,500.
