Construction Manager. The Construction Manager shall provide construction management services for: (i) program analysis; (ii) consultation and cooperation with the Project Design Professional in the preparation of schematic design drawings and related documents, preparation of design development drawings, specifications and related documents, and preparation of final construction drawings, specifications and related documents; and (3) performance of all construction work, including without limitation, furnishing all labor, material, equipment and any other things required for the construction of the Project in accordance with the drawings, specifications and related Contract documents prepared for the Project (the "Work"). The University's program for the Project (the "Program"), may be amended further as a result of analysis and schematics performed under the University's contract with the Project Design Professional or as otherwise required by the University. The University will engage a design professional (the "Design Professional") to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the University for the design and construction of the Project.
