This RFP is issued for the purpose of obtaining Proposals for Emergency Restoration Services Contractors, who will undertake Emergency Restoration Services including, but not limited to, the following: Fire, Water, Mold, Trauma and Hazardous Cleanup. Trauma may be related to clean up after a death, clean up of bodily fluids, blood borne pathogens, etc., at various locations throughout Brantford, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk Counties. It is the intent of the Board to award the Emergency Restoration Services to up to two (2) Successful Proponent(s). The Emergency Restoration project works will be assigned to the top-ranking Successful Proponent on an as and when required basis. In the event the top-ranking Proponent does not have capacity to complete the work, the work will be offered to the second ranking Proponent. *Awarded project value is undisclosed.
