Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Phase 1 Construction consists of replacement of the watermain on Bennett Street from Everett Street to Boundary Road and on International Drive from Boundary Road for 20m south. The watermain in the Boundary Road intersection will be reconfigured and isolation valves will be replaced inside the existing valve chamber in the intersection. Work will also include full depth asphalt removal, grading of base granulars, localized base repair, reinstating full depth asphalt, addition of paved shoulder, addition of concrete sidewalk, structure adjustments, structure rebuilding and installation of frame and grates. Complete tender documents, in an electronic PDF version, may be obtained from McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd., 115 Walgreen Road R.R.3 Carp, ON K0A 1L0, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $25 per set. Cheques should be made payable to McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. Tender sets will be available for distribution beginning on Thursday, July 7, 2022 during regular office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. Bid result value not released for publication.
