Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 41,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The Project includes construction of a 2-story school building that consists of steel framed with metal stud commercial construction with approximately 40,900 sq. ft on a new campus. The project will include sitework, utilities, paving, landscape, and interior finishes. Idea Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all submittals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous to Idea Public Schools and to waive all formalities in the procurement process.
