The Consultant shall provide the necessary professional services to successfully complete Airline Realignment Project Management as agreed to in Service Directives. The Consultant may be asked to provide Project Management to support the Airline Realignment Project from design to construction completion and project close out, or any part thereof. The project definition notebook for this project has already been completed and informs the basis for the project. Last Day to Ask Questions June 1, 2021, 12:00 PM PT The firm's inclusion plan detailing the anticipated diverse business participation, inclusion strategy, team composition; and affirmative efforts in seeking to meet or exceed the PORT's Diversity in Contracting aspirational goal of 8% The CONSULTANT shall be primarily responsible for the successful completion of the Airline Realignment project. The work will be managed by the PORT's Aviation Project Management Group (AVPMG). To successfully manage the project, the CONSULTANT shall: 1. Effectively lead, manage, and facilitate the project from approval to completion; 2. Coordinate project activities with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to: operations, PORT staff, General Contractor/Construction Manager (GCCM), and tenants; 3. Plan, research, budget, and schedule the project; 4. Manage, track, and report project controls including project scope, schedule, budget, and authorization; 5. Manage and report on project risks including impacts to budget and schedule; 6. Review and provide preliminary approval of designer invoices according to PORT guidelines; 7. Monitor and evaluate the project through regular interaction with project team (contractors, consultants, in-house project staff, stakeholders, etc.) to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards; 8. Serve as principal point of contact for all issues related to assigned projects; 9. Supervise project closeout and budget reconciliation and evaluation; and 10. Present the project to PORT and SEA Leadership, Investment Committee, and the PORT Commission at each stage of approval.
