Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Sherrill, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of July 07, 2021, the anticipated construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. The Project consists of constructing wastewater treatment plant improvements including headworks improvements, new oxidation ditch rotors, new secondary clarifier rakes, new UV disinfection, new sludge pumps, new aerobic digester cover and aeration system, pump station reconstruction, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, and facility improvements. Separate Bids will be received for the following schedules of Work: Contract No. 1A - General Construction Construction of headworks improvements, new oxidation ditch rotors, new secondary clarifier rakes, new UV disinfection, new sludge pumps, new aerobic digester aeration system, pump station reconstruction, associated site work, piping, valving, controls, Contract No. 1B - Electrical Construction Removing power from old equipment to be demolished, connect all new equipment including headworks, oxidation ditch rotors, clarifier rakes, UV disinfection, sludge pumps, digester aeration system, pump station, and furnish and install all control wiring. Contract No. 1C - Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Open-cut replacement of approximately 50 LF of 6 and 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, trenchless lining of approximately 5,030 LF of 6 through 10-inch diameter gravity sewer, and manhole rehabilitation throughout the City of Sherrill. 23% MWBE participation goal City of Sherrill Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP): 1. Site Address: 201 Fairway Lane, Sherrill, NY 13461. 2. Modification of existing Influent Building and Control Building. 3. Modification of Existing Tanks. 4. Construction of new UV Disinfection Tankage and Equipment. 5. Remove power from old equipment to be demolished and connect all new equipment. 7. Control system integration of WWTP SCADA System. 5. Start-up, commissioning, and training of City staff. C. North Side Pump Station (NSPS): 1. Site Address: High Bridge Road and East Seneca Street, Sherrill, NY 13461. 2. Modification of existing Wet Well, Dry Well, and Control Building. 5. Remove power from old equipment to be demolished and connect all new equipment. 5. Start-up, commissioning, and training of City staff.
