Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Yuba City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 31,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a 31,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a 31,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor shall repair, seal, and restripe an approximately 31,000 square foot asphalt parking lot with the addition of two new parking lot light poles, concrete pole bases, electrical service and controls for the new parking lot light poles, parking lot islands and planter areas, and accessibility improvements. The successful Bidder shall furnish to the District a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contractor shall complete the Work within SIXTY (60) consecutive calendar days ("Contract Time") from the date specified in the District's Notice to Proceed. Installation of parking lot lights & poles and/or fencing repairs may occur after August 9th outside of school hours and student activity or on weekends. All contract work is to be 100% complete by August 23rd, 2021. Selective demolition and construction necessary for the GRAY AVENUE PARKING AND LIGHTING project.
