Request for Proposals (RFP) for CMGC services from qualified contractors for a new Washington County Purgatory Medical Unit, Housing Expansion, with booking/release Remodel located at the Purgatory Correction Facility in Hurricane, Utah. The approximate construction budget is $14,500,000 for completion of the Project including all costs and fees. All proposal offerors acknowledge the right of the Owner to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received. The Owner reserves the right to accept the most qualified proposal, as determined by the Owner's RFP evaluation factors.
