Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work of the contract includes 314 point repairs on sanitary sewers ranging in size from 6 to 48-inches in diameter; 3,110 feet of additional sewer replacement beyond these point repairs; Sliplining or Pipe Bursting approximately 11,190 feet of sanitary sewer ranging from 6 to 18-inches in diameter; Static Pipe Bursting approximately 1,200 feet of sanitary sewer ranging from 6 to 12-inches in diameter; Slurry Boring approximately 900 feet of sanitary sewer ranging from 8 to 12-inches in diameter; cleaning and televising of 262,400 feet of sanitary sewer ranging in size from 6 to 48-inches in diameter; reconnecting 148 services; construction of approximately 8 new manholes; 150 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation; 3,720 square yards of removal and replacement of up to 2" hot-mix asphaltic concrete and 2,410 square yards of removal and replacement of concrete pavement; and ancillary work to remove and restore surface features disturbed as a result of the work.
