Construction of a new elementary school building in Sainte-Anne-des Plaines on the site of the St-François Pavilion of Harfang school. The new building will house 21 pre-school and elementary education classrooms, a library, a gymnasium and staff office rooms. TIMELINE: The owner has split the project into construction packages. First construction package relating to the site preparation work was awarded to the firm Concept Paysager Bérubé and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Civil Works on the Pavillon Saint-François Site at École Secondaire du Harfang, the main construction package relating to the structural construction has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Expansion of the Saint-François Pavilion. Construction is underway. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
