Proposals received after the hour and date set for receiving proposals, will be returned unopened. Proposals shall be received from a single prime contractor for the complete project. Proposals shall be executed on the Contractor's Bid for Public Works, Form 96 (Revised 2013), Parts I and II, in full accordance with the Proposal Documents, which are on file with the Architect and may be examined by Bidders by contacting or visiting the online. All bidders and plan services will have access to a complete electronic set of Drawing and Specifications. All bid documents are available in electronic PDF format for viewing, printing and distribution to bidders, subbidders, and suppliers, at the discretion and responsibility of the Prime Contractors. Non-Registered Plan Holders assume all responsibility for obtaining all necessary information in a timely manner.
