The project includes a procedure for improving the soil before the start of construction of the extension. The expansion will be located at the end of the existing school. The work on the side of the existing school as well as the civil interventions on the courtyard will take place in phases. The phases and dates to be respected are detailed in the phasing plan of the architectural documents (sheet A041). The school will be occupied for the duration of the work. For the maintenance work component, the occupants will be relocated according to the phases established in the phasing plan.
