Reference number : 1487212 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-05-28 Electronic submission accepted: No The Beauce-Etchemins Municipal Housing Office is requesting bids for renovation work on the bathrooms for the building located at 7 rue du HLM in the municipality of St-Camille-de-Lellis under a fixed price contract. The duration of the work will be approximately 8 weeks. Tender guarantee: In the form of a bond by an authorized company, equivalent to 10% of the amount of the tender or in the form of certified check, money order, bank draft payable to the Office municipal d'habitation de St-Zacharie, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit or obligations payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the maturity must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the amount of the bid and be valid for a period of 45 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids. The guarantee must be annexed to the tender. The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of sub-contractors, with regard to their competence, their solvency and the content of their bid. They must inform them of the conditions of the bid and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The Beauce-Etchemins Municipal Housing Office is not bound to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received.
