Renovation of a municipal facility in Merced, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 6/14/2021 project was not yet been awarded. Anticipated to be awarded later this week. In general, this project comprises the removal of existing roofing, repairs to water damage structure, and replacement of roof using concrete tile at the Merced County Agricultural Center 2139 Wardrobe Ave., Merced.Bids will be entered on a lump sum basis. Contractor shall possess either a valid Class B or Class C-39 Contractors License at the time this contract is to be awarded.Bid Security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Bid amount (Base Bid plus Alternate Bids) shall accompany the Bid, in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Board of Supervisors of Merced County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept the Base Bid alone or together with any or all Alternates, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the Bidding.
