Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Farmington, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Drake Park parking lot reconstruction, pathway addition and reconstruction, and associated park improvements; Flanders Park pathway addition; and City Hall driveway reconstruction. . Major items shall be considered to be reconstruction of the existing Drake Park parking lot with associated storm sewer improvements, tennis court removal, volleyball court addition, and pathway reconstruction/additions. Additionally, the removal and replacement of the City Hall Driveway, and Flanders Park Pathway are included in this contract. 1 Mobilization, 2 Audio Video Route Survey 3 Permit Fees Allowance 4 Subgrade Undercutting, Type II (Modified) 5 Subgrade Undercutting, Type II (Special) 6 Exploratory Excavation, Trench 7 Erosion Control, Inlet Protection, Fabric Drop 8 Erosion Control, Silt Fence 9 Hand Patching 10 Conduit No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project. Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
