This project has been awarded to Tiger construction in the amount of $1,591,695. Whatcom County Parks and Recreation is requesting bids for the Silver Lake Park Maple Creek Shower and Restroom Facility, located in Maple Falls, Washington. This project includes but it not limited to the new construction of a 1,270 square foot, single-story, concrete masonry unit and wood-framed building, together with associated civil and site development work, and other work, as further described in the bid documents. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
