Total Construction Budget (excluding soft cost): $5,500,000.00 Project Schedule: July 2023 Substantial Completion. Special schedule and considerations are as follows: a. This schedule is preliminary and will be finalized during the design phase. b. This project is to be designed and built on a phased construction schedule of daily school and during the different athletic seasons, District and community activities during the duration of the project. 2. Additions and Renovations, Don Smith Performing Arts Center Architect: PBK Architects Scope of Work: Renovations to existing Don Smith Performing Arts Center (approx. 140,000 square feet), renovations include stage finishes, theatrical lighting, and sound, HVAC system, house lights, new ceiling, new lobby restrooms, fill in pit and expand thrust stage.
