All tenders must be produced and submitted on the submission form provided for this purpose, and comply with the conditions stipulated in this tender request and the accompanying quotation. With his bid, the bidder must pay a bid security of a value at least equal to 10% of the Total Amount of the bid (taxes included) in the form of a certified check drawn from a Canadian chartered bank or a caisse popular, payable to the City of Granby or an irrevocable letter of bank guarantee or a bond of the same value. The City of Granby does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. Submissions will be opened on the day and at the time indicated in the section, at Granby City Hall.
