homeEd The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation (the Owner) is inviting prospective proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Construction Management Services to administer rehabilitiation work at fifteen (15) homeEd-owned housing property locations (the Services) as further described in the Deliverables section of this RFP. Civida (formerly Capital Region Housing Corporation) is conducting this RFP process on behalf of homeEd. The Construction Manager will ensure the safe, quality and timely delivery of various scopes of work across fifteen (15) homeEd residential properties in the City of Edmonton. While the scope for each property differs, all Work to be completed falls within the categories of repair and/or replacement of roof systems, wall systems, balcony systems, structural elements, site features and mechanical systems. Kameyosek Townhomes 708 Lakewood Rd. 10. North Callingwood Townhomes 7151 171 St. 11. Primrose Townhomes 18212 96 Ave. 12. Riverdale Townhomes 10110 92 St. 13. Vermillion Apts. 10730 106 Ave. 14.
