Completed plans call for the addition of a 45,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

As of December 16, 2022, construction is complete. The Work consists of the addition of a 45,000 Sqft educational wing addition, renovation of the existing cafeteria and IT/Data upgrades throughout the existing facility. The addition is a three-story addition steel framed superstructure, metal deck, CFMF exterior walls with brick veneer. The school will not be occupied during construction. Site work will consist of new storm water and structures, paving and sidewalk replacement. New playfield and site features are also identified. Other building features are new Aluminum Storefront, TPO Roofing System and interior finishes along with the specified mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The Project is designed and shall be constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification. MDOT certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. The project has an overall MBE participation goal of 30% inclusive of 11% Woman Owned and 8% African American sub-goals. MBE and Workforce participation will be evaluated as part of the award. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
