Enclosure of the current 1,500 sf open-air patio area, located in the southwest portion of the existing facility. The space will contain a textured, non-slip surface, open style concept with 10' ceilings that allow multiple activity uses. The intent of the expansion is to extend the available program space at the Center, allowing additional square footage for exercise and fitness activities, dancing, holiday gatherings, and other structured enjoyment and entertainment activities. The site will include drainage improvements that allow the existing drains to work properly from adjacent/connected structures. This project is included in the city's fy 2024-2025 Capital improvement Program.
