Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
The project is to extend Douglas Parkway from NE Badger Lane to N Warrior Lane and add a turn lane on Warrior Lane to Hickman Road, located north of Hickman Road in the City of Waukee Iowa. The construction consists of approximately 450 square yards (SY) of pavement removal, 4220 SY of 9” Reinforced P.C.C., 4000 SY of subgrade preparation, 4850 SY of modified subbase, 1100 SY of sidewalk and trail pavement, 1 sanitary sewer manhole, 200 LF of 15-inch storm sewer, 200 LF of 36-inch storm sewer, drainage structures, miscellaneous grading, site restoration, survey, traffic control, and other associated work.
