The Contractor shall supply, install and commission of two electrical panels to increase the current electrical capacity. Supply will be from a 600v distribution, requiring a 600v to 208v transformer and central distribution panel to feed the 200 amp panels. The Work does not include the replacement or decommission of any existing electrical panels. Disconnect and reconnect the main power supply to the building during panel connection. Pictures, drawings of the Sportsplex upper and lower levels and a map of panel locations have been provided for reference. Preferred completion date is August 30, 2021. Indicate completion date on the Bid Form The Contractor must comply with all Canadian Federal, Provincial, Municipal Safety Regulations and Standards. Facsimile or E-mail Submissions Are Not Accepted. Administrative inquiries and requests for clarification of the Bid process shall be made to the Procurement Manager in writing at purchasing@brandon.ca and must be received not less than five (5) days prior to the date for closing of Bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, the City in its sole discretion may reject as non- compliant any Quotation which contains omissions, erasures; is ambiguous or unclear as to meaning or intent; is incomplete, illegible, conditional or contains a qualifier; contains any non-requested alterations or additions to the information provided by the City; is obviously unbalanced; or fails to comply sufficiently with the Instructions to Bidders.
