Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Abbotsford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: Storm Sewer 12" and 30" HDPE and appurtenances 590 lf Excavation 850 cy Geotextile fabric, type SR 1,200 sy Breaker rock 420 cy Crushed aggregate base 310 cy Hot mix asphalt binder, 1.5" 1,070 sy Hot mix asphalt surface, 1.5" 1,070 sy Hot mix asphalt driveways 250 sy Concrete driveway 60 sy Concrete curb and gutter 620 lf Drain tile 600 lf Traffic control 1 ls Topsoil, turf, grasses and erosion control 900 sy The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at website. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The City of Abbotsford reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
