Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Georgetown, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Region: 1 Counties: Clear Creek Work Days: 160 This project will take place in Clear Creek County and will construct a trail system that includes two project segments near I-70 between MP235 and 241.8. The work includes a separated shared use path/greenway trail from Idaho Springs to I-70 over Clear Creek west of VeteransMemorial Tunnel and a trailhead at Dumont. The shared use pathway will construct a 10 foot concrete pathway and include the constructionof two pedestrian bridges, a shotcrete wall, and improvements around the trail area. The trailhead will construct a paved parking area,information center, and include picnic tables and additional landscape improvements.
