Reference number : 1490747 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-02 Electronic submission accepted: No DEVELOPMENT OF A CYCLING TRACK RUE DU PONT (PHASE 1) (SLDL-202110) The Municipality of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon is requesting bids for the development of a new cycle path over a total length of +/- 1.1 kilometers adjacent to rue du Pont, between chemin St -Aimé and Alexis - Blanchet Park. Work is scheduled for summer 2021. Bid guarantees Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified check, money order or bank draft representing 10% of the amount of the bid, payable to the Municipality of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon or a bond. of bid or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, established at the same amount and valid for a period of ninety (90) days beyond the date of opening of the bids. Acceptance or rejection of bids The Municipality of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received and incurs no liability towards the bidder (s) for the preparation and submission of bids. Depending on the budget available to the Municipality, the project may be carried out in whole or in part.
