**As of December 21, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of two pre-engineered metal buildings. The first building will serve as the City's new Public Works/Parks & Leisure Administration Building and contains Fire Station No. 3. The second building is the Heated Vehicle Storage Building containing 6 storage bays in the base bid and 2 additional bays on the south end as an Add Alternate. Associated sitework and fuel storage tanks are part of the Service Center project scope. 1. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum.
