The responsibility of the Center de services scolaire des Monts et Marees (CSSMM) is in no way engaged because any notices or documents transmitted by electronic system contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 "Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). The period for carrying out the work on site must begin on June 25, 2021. The General Contractor must have completed all of the work referred to in these documents by the end of August 2021 at the latest. The work must take place mainly during the day. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes payable to the "Center de services scolaire des Monts et Marees", in the form of a tender bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice surety insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative referred to in the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank in meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected.This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for pledges, materials and services. Only bids from contractors having their main place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c.
