Site work for a water / sewer project in Crestwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 1,900 lineal feet of 12", 15" and 24" reinforced concrete storm sewer pipe by performing cured-in-place lining, spot repairs; approximately 500 lineal feet of sewer removal and replacement and restoration as detailed in the plans and specifications titled "Village of Crestwood, Playfield Subdivision Phase 3 Storm Sewer Rehabilitation". Each proposal shall contain the name of every person or firm interested in the same and shall be accompanied by bid bond, certified check, bank draft, or cashier's check payable to the order of the Village of Crestwood, in an amount of not less than 5% of the proposal. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction for Bidders, Proposal, Bid Bond, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, Specifications, and Addenda may be examined. The Village of Crestwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable to the Village. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
