Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wyoming, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 23,000 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 3,600 C Y Common Excavation 5,000 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 1 EACH Hydrant 3 EACH Gate Valves 8 L F 8" Short Liner (sanitary) 500 L F 12" - 15" RCP Storm Sewer 1,000 L F Curb and Gutter 2 ACRE Turf Restoration The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Wyoming shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
