Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Windham, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work covered by the Contract Documents includes all labor and materials for removal of the existing Potassium Permanganate tanks and feed pumps, rebuild of 15 filter valves and 12 softener valves, install new limit switches on the 27 rebuilt valves and 2 existing valves, new magnetic flow meter, new combination magnetic starters and panels for six wells and integration with the existing RTUs, installation of three pole-mounted transformers plus one spare, one new pad-mounted manual transfer switch, new riser pole assembly installation, new clearwell back-up float switches, new additional I/O modules and wiring at the filter PLC related to the valves limit switches and miscellaneous items, and SCADA data base reconfiguration for instruments/actuators. Attention of BIDDERS is called to all requirements contained in the Contract Documents, particularly to the State of Ohio Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements and Bid Conditions of OPWC-Assisted Construction Projects. BIDDERS must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Portage County, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage & Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. The Village of Windham reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible BIDDER. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. Successful BIDDERS shall be required to comply with all laws pertaining to minimum wage and discrimination of persons.
