Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Construction of a sidewalk along routes 222 and 243" and the tenderer must be clearly identified therein. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900/2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 60 days .
