Construction of a permanent Modular Housing six-storey building addition comprised of 57 bachelor units on an existing Toronto Community Housing building. The building will include common rooms, a dining room, program space and administrative offices. This supportive housing project is designed to support people experiencing homelessness and support them to move out of the shelter system. These modular homes will be permanent affordable rental homes with support services. Amenities will include 114 sq m of indoor amenities featuring a lounge area, dining area. The project will also have 169 sq m of outdoor amenity space. ADDRESS is now 39 Dundalk Dr. (formerly 7 Glamorgan Avenue). *Ground breaking has recently taken place. *The Glamorgan development is the final project that will be announced under the second phase of the City of Toronto Modular Housing Initiative. *Project is funded through a partnership between the city and the federal government.
