Missouri River Water Resource Recovery Facility (MRWRRF) Flood Protective Measures Par A: Floor Hardening The Work is to raise facilities to protect the MRWRRF from flood events while maintaining access to the site and keep facility operations in service. The work includes demolition and reconstruction of existing pavement. Procurement and installation of a modular rolled girder bridge. Raising of platforms and drives for Primary Clarifiers and the associated miscellaneous metals work. Raising of existing transformers. Installation of a 12 inch DIP. Minor grading and site concrete work. This project work will consist of Removal and replacement of the 42nd Street "C" & "D" Bridge, Removal, replacement of 42nd Street N. and S. of the Bridge, a Soil Nail Wall and Light Weight Fill. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). **This project qualifies for Apprentice utilization.
