The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The successful Bidder shall substantially complete the project within 90 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; and the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a Non-Collusion Affidavit; and the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11. The Municipal Authority of the Town of Bloomsburg reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Interested bidders need to register at the Penn BID web-site.
