For CDBG Facade Program Project 2 and 4 Main Street Scopes ofwork: 1) 2 & 4 Main Street: Phase 1-Repair and replace wood trim as necessary, prep and paint Frank's Restaurant and Pub located at 2 Main Street and Legendary Status located at 4 Main Street in Lisbon, Maine. Repair (2) 3-bay window "bump outs" facing Main Street using in-kind material that matches existing materials. Scrape and sand all trim and siding, catching paint chips with drop clothes. Repair all nail holes and cracks with caulk. Lightly sand doors for adhesion of new paint. Repair or replace any trim pieces or siding in need ofrepair using in-kind material that matches existing materials. Participate in Phase 1 closeout meeting. Phase 2- Spot prime all trim and newly repaired bump outs and siding with Sherman Williams exterior oil-based primer. Paint all trim, siding, and doors with Sherman Williams Woodscapes Exterior Acrylic Solid Color Stain. Demonstrated experience with similar projects on historical buildings preferred. 2) 14 Main Street: Replace all trim on front facade facing Main Street, prime trim, and paint frontfacing trim red with Sherman Williams paint. Replace all trim on rear facade facing Route 196, primetrim, and paint rear trim black with Sherman Williams paint. Install insulation behind the "eyebrow" overhang above front door facing Main Street, repair metal above "eyebrow" as needed and reseal metal above eyebrow for weatherization. 3) 16 Main Street: Repaint front of building facing Main Street with Lowe's Sherwin Williams "Coastal Plain" semi-gloss paint (Item code HGSW3255), leaving the trim White on the side ofthe building facing Main Street. At far left of building facing Main Street, cut opening in facade of appropriate size to install (1) 9' x 7' white aluminum & clear glass overhead door with insulated double pane (1/2" thick) windows in all the panes, install the aforementioned door, and insulate and finish trim the doorframe. Obtain and install (2) 3' x 10' four-color sign with metal lettering on contrasting metal background. Install (6) brushed stainless steel gooseneck angled outdoor lights and run electrical to power the lights. 4) 13 Main Street: Remove existing Aluminum Siding and dispose of; Install R Tech Fanfold Foam Core insulation; Install new CertainTeed Monogram siding with Stone Accent, Trim remainder with Azek and Vinyl Trim. 5) 58 Lisbon Street: Install siding on garage using Certainteed American Legend Granite Gray (Product #4011039). Wrap all trim in white aluminum. Remove and replace entry door. Install two (2) 600 Series Garage Door R Value 13.45 9' x 8'Model 670 White, Long Panel Insulated Lites, Handles and Lock. 12R White PVC Weatherstripping. Install one (1) 600 Series Garage Door R Value 13.45 600 Series Garage Door R Value 13.45 9' x 8' Model 670 White Long, Panel Insulated Lites, Handles and Lock, 33" breakaway highlift torsion White PVC Weatherstripping.
